ID INC.（以下「当社」）は、iOSアプリ「Tripod Scan」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を一切収集しません。アカウント登録も不要です。
本アプリは、書籍のスキャンのためにカメラを使用します。また、音によるシャッター機能（指を鳴らす・机を叩く等で撮影する機能）を有効にした場合に限り、マイクを使用します。マイクの音声は音量変化の検知のみに用いられ、録音・保存されることはありません。
撮影した画像、作成されたPDF、文字認識（OCR）の結果を含むすべてのデータは、利用者の端末内でのみ処理・保存されます。当社のサーバーを含むいかなる外部サーバーにも送信されません。作成したPDFの共有・保存は、利用者自身の操作によってのみ行われます。
本アプリは利用者の情報を収集しないため、第三者に提供する情報はありません。広告SDK・アクセス解析ツール等の第三者サービスも使用していません。
本アプリによる書籍等のスキャンは、著作権法で認められる私的使用の範囲内で行ってください。スキャンしたデータの取り扱いについては、利用者自身の責任で行うものとします。

ID INC. ("we") sets forth the following policy regarding the handling of user information in the iOS application "Tripod Scan" (the "App").
The App does not collect any personal information. No account registration is required.
The App uses the camera to scan books. The microphone is used only when the sound-trigger feature (capturing by snapping fingers or tapping the desk) is enabled. Audio is used solely to detect changes in sound level and is never recorded or stored.
All data — including captured images, generated PDFs, and text recognition (OCR) results — is processed and stored only on the user's device. No data is transmitted to any external server, including ours. Generated PDFs are shared or saved only through the user's own actions.
Since the App collects no user information, there is nothing to disclose to third parties. The App contains no advertising SDKs or third-party analytics tools.
Please scan books and other materials only within the scope of private use permitted by applicable copyright law. Users are solely responsible for the handling of scanned data.
This policy may be updated as necessary. Any changes will be published on this page.
